Surabhi decided to depart from her corporate career and begin her entrepreneurial journey with Kaleidoscope pursuing her passion in design, real estate and people management. With decades of experience in corporate strategy, Interior Design, finance, sales, and marketing, her vision is to turn your dream home into a reality.

Shreya
Shreya’s work in the biophilic design space celebrates the idea of a city as a combination of urbanism, evolution, technology, and the natural environment extending into live testimonies. She believes the client’s needs always come first and is constantly innovating new ways to improve the design process, client interaction as well budgeting.
Besides this, from exploring the country on two wheels, to becoming the first female entrant into National motorcycle rally racing, to a playback singer, Shreya wears multiple hats and wears them well.

Anilesh Seth
As an ex-CEO of 4 multinational subsidiaries in India, Anilesh is an acknowledged expert in setting up global companies’ operations from their own facilities as Captives (Global Capability Centres) in India. With a B.Tech from IIT Madras, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, Anilesh is also a doctoral scholar at ISB. An active mentor at NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore, he is the cofounder of www.gigvistas.com , a white collared Gig Ecosystem.
Arun Gupta
Arun Kumar Gupta is an Ex IES and a veteran technology person in the field of IT and Telecom. He has driven many Transformation Projects in renowned Indian Telcos and MNC s as Chief Technology officer(CTO).With BTec , MBA, and various IIM certifications courses, has facilitated many organisations in defining and implementing their technology path for business fulfilment.
